About RFR
Hi I'm Raph O'Connor, not only do I live locally, I studied locally at Uni SA, graduating in 2021 from one of the best Physiotherapy programs in the country. Currently within Physiotherapy there is a debate between more old school practitioners who advocate for “hands on” manual therapy treatments. And the newer practitioners who believe in a “hands off” exercise therapy as the only effective long term treatment.
I believe in combining both schools of thought. Hands on treatments provide excellent pain relief at the time you need it, and long term changes can only come from consistent and disciplined training. Treatment now for performance later.

When I’m not working with Patients in the gym, I’m busy at home teaching my new Son about life. Previously I’ve played Lacrosse, Cricket, Soccer, Footy, Life Saving, Volleyball and taught Martial Arts for 10 years. At the end of the day, I like to work in the garden with my chickens, relax with a good Bourbon and play some Chess, I’m always up for a game if you have time. While I do like Ferrets, having owned them in the past. I firmly fall on the Dog side of the best pet debate.

I hope to see you soon.
