Sports taping and strapping

If your an athlete, from a casual weekend warrior to an elite athlete, you will have come across a teammate who's pre game routine involves taping various body parts. Or it might even be you.

Kinesiotaping or strapping with sports tape are techniques designed to enhance athletic performance in the presence of injuries and minimise further injury risk. By providing ongoing feedback to joints, or working to limit certain movement.

Strapping is designed to get you playing with your mind at ease. Strapping can be difficult to get right, good strapping should benefit your natural movements and not provide a distraction, badly strapped joints can be worse then nothing, but once you strap a troublesome joint well, you wont want to take it off! But we can help with that too. (try soaking it in baby oil or canola oil first)

Additionally, we can also teach you how to strap your own joints for longer term self management, it does take practice but anyone can learn how to do it. Trust us to support your athletic journey with expert care and guidance.
